Albanian and other immigrants residing in the Greater Boston area can avail themselves of affordable legal services offered by the International Institute of Boston (IIB):
The legal staff at IIB offers a weekly walk-in program for refugees and other immigrants seeking basic immigration legal assistance which is available at low fees for the following:
- Refugee Green Card applications and interviews
- Replacement Green cards and I-94s
- Refugee Travel Documents
- Re-entry Permits
- Advance Parole
- Green Card and Passport photographs
- Affidavits of Support
Also offered on a limited basis:
- Family-based visa petitions
- Adjustment of status applications

LOW-INCOME LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LILAP)
For low-income individuals with complicated immigration cases, full legal representation by an attorney or accredited representative is available from IIB at reasonable fees.
If you want to sponsor a family member, are in need of deportation defense, or are a battered immigrant woman, call the legal staff at (617) 695-9990 or come to the Walk-In Clinic.
