Albanian and other immigrants residing in the Greater Boston area can avail themselves of affordable legal services offered by the International Institute of Boston (IIB):

The legal staff at IIB offers a weekly walk-in program for refugees and other immigrants seeking basic immigration legal assistance which is available at low fees for the following:

  • Refugee Green Card applications and interviews
  • Citizenship
  • Replacement Green cards and I-94s
  • Refugee Travel Documents
  • Re-entry Permits
  • Advance Parole
  • Green Card and Passport photographs
  • Affidavits of Support
  • Consultations

Also offered on a limited basis:

  • Family-based visa petitions
  • Adjustment of status applications

Call (617) 695-9990 and ask the receptionist for weekly walk-in hours – assistance is available ONLY during designated walk-in hours!

For low-income individuals with complicated immigration cases, full legal representation by an attorney or accredited representative is available from IIB at reasonable fees.
